Collaboration and sharing best practice is at the heart of everything we do at SEEAT. Just before half term we held our annual SEEAT Day at The Deanes School in Benfleet. 600 staff from our 8 schools, plus Members, Trustees and governors, chose from a fantastic variety of sessions. It was a chance to exchange best practice, engage in professional development, and explore ideas and strategies so that we can do the best for our young people.  

Days like these also foster a sense of unity and shared purpose across our schools – it was lovely to see everyone together, a reminder that in SEEAT no school or member of staff is alone.
